VIMS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

      Maintenance Agreements are available for VIMS programs. Purchase of a VIMS program automatically entitles the license holder to six free months of technical support through our toll free number. Maintenance Agreements take effect after the initial six month period. Cost for maintenance agreements are as follows:

Single user model: $450.00

Multi-user model: $700.00

Claims Office: $800.00

The Maintenance Agreement includes:

• VIMS enhancements and updates at no charge
• Updates to automated forms at no charge. If the Department of Veterans Affairs makes revisions, the automated form will be updated
• Unlimited toll-free service for VIMS software technical and training support
• Reasonable advice and assistance on hardware problems. However, we cannot assume responsibility for hardware

The annual fee can be paid in full or arrangements can be made for payment.
